A lot of people have problems with their eye vision. Whether they do not see clearly things that are close or distanced. Most of them have a
condition of farsightedness, astigmatism or nearsightedness and have to wear glasses or contact lenses all the time. But there are many ways to treat these
conditions. Probably the most famous one is LASIK (Laser-Assisted in situ Keratomileusis) surgery which has a high success rate, is safe but can be quite expensive.
What a lot of people don't know is that vision can be improved without surgery simply by doing simple eye exercises every day.
One of the most common
exercises to minimize eye strain starts with rubbing your hands together to make them warm. When your hands are warm, close your eyes and cover them with your
hand. Make sure that no pressure is applied on eye balls, the nose stays open and your eyes are placed behind the slight hollow of the palms. Make sure that no light
comes to the eyes. There should be no gap between your fingers and between your palms and nose. Now start imagining blackness and focus on it, while doing that
take deep breath slowly and evenly. When the only thing you see is complete blackness remove your palms and repeat the exercises few more times.
When
doing exercises like the one described above it is important to do them regularly once a day. The result will be much better if you do the exercises for about 2 minutes
every day instead of exercising your eyes for 15 minutes once a week.
